If you wish to help the Nelken family as Jay recovers from Traumatic Brain Injury and undergoes therapy, you may do so by:

  • Note: It is not necessary to have a PayPal account. You will have the option to use your credit or debit card.

• Send a check.
  • Please make the check payable to "Covenant Reformed Church" and designate that it is for "Nelken Family Aid."

If you choose to give a timed amount (weekly or monthly), PayPal does not give a "stop" date option. So, if you only desire to give for a cerain period, e.g., six months, then you must access the PayPal account and cancel your donation enrollment. If you do not have a PayPal account, send us an email and we will take care of the matter for you.
