Welcome to Covenant Reformed Church

A Note from Pastor Hall

Do you desire the pure preaching of the Gospel according to the Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments (Luke 24:26-27; Rom. 10:17)?  Do you believe that salvation is by the grace of God alone (Ps. 37:39)?  What about faith?  Is faith a gift of God (Eph. 2:8), in Christ alone (Acts 4:12), for the glory of God alone (1 Cor. 10:31)?  Do you also affirm that believers in Christ should fellowship together in the rich love of God (1 John 1:7)?

Covenant Reformed Church, by the grace of God, is a place where believers of all ages in Jesus Christ are directed into the love of God and grounded in the true faith by the Holy Spirit and the Word of God. We seek to preach Christ crucified, correctly administer the Sacraments of the Lord’s Supper and Baptism, and faithfully shepherd God’s flock. We are a Reformed Church with a Presbyterian government. We believe the Bible is the infallible, inspired Word of God. What we believe about the Bible is summarized in the historic creeds and confessions of the church—some of the most beautiful, thought-provoking, time-tested statements of the Christian faith the church has ever produced.

We are not a micro Church or a macro Church; we are not a mega Church or a trendy Church.  We do not receive our direction from the world but from the Word of God, which is sufficient for all of life and practice.

We look forward to meeting you, answering any questions, and fellowshipping together in our risen Lord.

In Christ, My God and My Lord,

Rev.  Jimmy John Hall

Covenant Reformed Church strongly believes in expository preaching. Using the guiding principle that “Scripture interprets Scripture,” our pastors explain a Bible passage verse by verse. Expository preaching presents the meaning and intent of a biblical text, drawing upon the original Greek or Hebrew, providing commentary and examples to make the passage clear and understandable.
